Actually, this is something we had already seen in several Chinese cities before Chongquing. It's quite interesting and you get to see how to prepare the traditional sesame candy, the sticky sweet rice and noodles... Check the pics!

    ... something new to the dumpling world, but my students weren’t happy that I was departing from the traditional style. My dumplings were good no matter what they say. The dinner was a good time.
