Well I have been back for over a week now. This extraordinary experience is beginning to fade now I am in this new chapter.
I am so grateful and humbled by the whole experience. As I spend Christmas with cherished friends and dear family, I realise just how lucky I am.
The support I have had from really wonderful people who are kind and caring also humbles me. This entry is for them to say a huge THANK YOU.

As the ferry only starts loading at 14h30 I still have about 40 minutes to wait and so its off for lunch and a nice cup of coffee. The Lambton Hounds Inn, Durham. Weather was fine and windy Left Upper Largo and drove towards Edinburgh. Driving across the Forth Road Bridge was very windy, high vehicles were banned from crossing. Cleaned & got myself organised as Neil & family headed off to work + school. Meet Russell for lunch down by the docks for cod & chips = very nice and then for a drive along the coast northwards & actually found some sandy beaches.....
