    ... was breathtaking. The water was a wonderful aqua colour. In the mountains we looked over the water and trees below.  For anyone who has not been here it is has some large shopping areas and would be a beautiful place to visit for about a week. Our tour guide told us that all the uncollected garbage in the streets was because of an issue with funding for the island - just another ...

    ... in front of the eerily huge and empty Nisaki resort,
    which only operates over summer. I walked to the end of the pier, and couldn’t resist
    jumping into the clear, blue waters of the Mediterranean. It was cold. Not wellington
    cold, but cold enough to swim straight back to the beach.

    ... where we then got ready for our themed party that night. The theme was toga party so everyone got creative with bedsheets to create different togas. We went down to the hotel bar where we partied then night away with another contiki tour. Some of the togas were hilarious with one guy wearing his bed-sheet as if it was a nappy. Another good night on tour.
