... felt like they were trying to show off how many sharks and large sting rays they could fit into what would feel like a bathtub! We also saw the world tallest building the Burj Khalifa and spent a long time in the hot sunshine trying to fit it into a photo! When we arrived back at the hotel we were shattered, so went up to our room for a quick nap at 6pm before dinner....we woke up at 6am... opps we must have needed a very long sleep! On Friday we spent a lovely morning ...

Very tired and sore after a full on day from 0930 to 2200. Some highlights

  • Great brekky at the motel. Veal bacon, interesting, not bad. Yep, as suspected, from last OS trip, they cant do scrambled eggs but fried egg to order was great.
  • Fired up the GPS today, said we did 120k in 6hrs of moving time. Mostly on the metro.
  • Great views of the city from 425m ...
