... Fleet St (newspapers and magazines) were laid out on display as the harvest. During the pre service rehearsal the organist's 13 year old son turned all the pages to display the famous page 3 girls in all their busty glory, which we we only saw as we processed into the service! Today we sang all verses twice - first in German, then English. George's musical contribution was hugely appreciated, and the congregation was much larger than expected, with extra seats ...

When we landed everyone clapped and cheered the pilot. It was quite strange. Michael met us at the airport. Our suitcases were first off the ...

We had decided we would have a relaxing day at the resort today. Turned out I didn't feel so well so after breakfast we returned to the room to read, write emails, etc. While I had a nap G did some study. We moved to the pool for lunch and some relaxing mid afternoon. By late afternoon I was feeling better so we still managed to have dinner at the terrace restaurant and knock off another bottle of ...

... At 3pm there was Royal Dutch High Tea. (Extra motivation for the jog!) Coffee and a range of tea is served to accompany a decadent spread of savoury and sweet nibbles, displayed on huge platters around giant ice carvings. A highly calorific but refined substitute for lunch! As you can imagine, our late dining time-slot of 8pm particularly suited us today. Before dinner, we went to the regular trivia contest and after dinner we enjoyed a show ...
