Today we went to a place called Kiddie Club. I've been looking for a replacement to our Little Gym activity. I found two possible options. One was a Music Together club and the other was called Kiddie Club. For one main reasons I decided to go to a trail of the Kiddie Club versus the Music Together. This was because Kiddie Club did not just focus on one area ie music. Each session covered a range of skills such as gross motor, problem solving, oral-motor development, ...
... his speed was about 20 minutes. I felt bad and continued to explain that if he would let me bring the stroller he wouldn't have to walk home but he doesn't and he's too heavy to carry all the way. It was of course too late and did nothing to help the situation. We proceeded to walk the whole way like this and me being embarrassed and looking like a bad mom. I know that's not the case but I felt like it was. We couldn't get home soon enough but we did finally get there. Thank god!

After walking around for a while the library opened and we headed in to check it out. I knew it was going to be good because it had a slide! Truth to be told I would have thought the other one was a bit better but it didn't matter what I thought nor did he really care about comparing. All that matter were there was a slide and some other toys! That all equaled to Riley having fun.
Between us, we only say things that really need to be said, so the journey was actually quite peaceful and we both just walked up the hill in a friendly silent companionship.
When we got inside, Joseph went back to his contact juggling, and I met his Mother and Brother, Jonas. And I clicked with the brother. He sang and played Ukulele.
So we spent the entire afternoon playing adorable little songs on the ukulele.

Waiting on line seeing everyone bundled up I worried if I was wearing enough layers. I did not pack a heavy coat and I worried at this moment if I would regret that.
