... October Monday night has been Hotpot night. We go to Shabu Shabu and eat. People have come and gone from Wenzhou and Monday night hotpot, but as long as we don't have plans that require us to be out of town that's where you will find us. We're even close to the staff ( as in they LOVE us) They know our orders and everything. I really hope to find a version of it in Austin

... Mcdonalds to eat some real food, haha. At the dinner there was also some singing, bands playing and some fun and games....and free wine. Another thing that is strange to me is when all of the grads come to all the teacher tables and toast us. There is no legal drinking age in China, so all the grads are drinking beer and wine, haha, hard to get used to! Anyways, here are some pictures from the evening.
