... 8217;t have while we are at it!”

We jumped in the taxi with Angela (Hainan recruiting rep and our translator for the day). The taxis are so cheap here. We were 30 minutes + in the taxi and it cost less than $20. Most of the time a 10 minute ride costs less than $2, and you don’t tip here! 7:30 am rush hour traffic, and we are doing 130-140 kph on the highway! I’d like to see that happen on the 401! so the number is very low. He said at his prison the emphasis is on training
them in some kind of a trade. They work in factories, while in prison.

When we got back from lunch we headed ...

... for tea. Her name is Jane and she was a college roommate of Belinda's. They hadn't seen each other for five years. Jane brought us a specialty dish of the area made with coconut milk and we drank Kung Fu tea, which is named for the tea service set you drink out of. The tea was Guan Yin tea, which is the name of the Buddha Goddess we visited yesterday. Next destination, LiuGao High School, Liuzhou. We made it. Gene and I are in our apartment. I need a nap and will write again ...

Projectors made the surface look like the ocean. All of the sudden, green heads appeared and then green men. One green man had a golf club. Then somehow the whole surface filled up with water and there was synchronized splashing by about ...
