    We ventured out to go camping on Thursday afternoon. I really took our luxuries at home for granted, like having a car to pack everything up in... Or a cooler to keep food cold. It's tricky to meal plan around carrying too much stuff and not being able to keep things cold. You need to hire a car or take a train or bus to get out of the city. We chose the later.     Our school does grade level trips as a way of community building and focusing on our core values ( diversity, engagement, discovery, spartan spirit and .... Humm.... What was the last one.     ... the sword that I wanted for about 6x what I had just paid. It was a beautiful full size folded steel broadsword. It was the only one like it that I have yet to see anywhere, online included, so I might have to save it for another trip.
