... spiciness was reduced because we were 'round eyes'. Shaolin is the place where Kung Fu was invented and is supposed to be the most famous and home of Kung Fu. Here me and Adam had a room to ourselves with our own shower and toilet. We went to an orphanage where the boys are taught Kung Fu as a skill. The boys at the orphanage get up at 5am and practice until it get dark with a two hour break at the hottest point in the day. where i stayed we met loads of awesome people and travellers. all ned to be visited at tsome point. espicaly holland!!

as for activities. we cycled around for 2 days probabaly around 50-60km altogether and come climbing up mountains but the best bit was rok climbimbing. never done it before but went with some americans lads and spent all day climbing. went up really high and got some wicked pics.
