... I could not even manage 1 sit up the first go but I managed a few last time so there is already progress! It only lasts six weeks so it will be over before I know it (I keep telling myself!).
The funniest (and most annoying) part of course is the Chinese people that just stand around us and stare at the crazy foreigners being whipped into shape.
