... and numerous microphones for people to sing with. It was just great! We also saw a dance troop practicing and just plain old out loud living! We missed you so much Cia and Andi 2! Next year Evan is the director and Annie is the assistant. She is passing on the reigns.
So...to all of you I say "goodnight!". Tomorrow I am off to a dream of a lifetime. If I don't have any connection I will still write every day and catch you up when I hit Beijing on Wednesday.

... delicious! When you go to restaurants, your host goes prior to your visit and chooses the fish right out of the fish tanks and orders the dinner. When you get there you are ushered into one of the many private rooms. There are ongoing toasts---lots of Gam-bey (cheers!) and then for me, it is off at 4:30 in the morning to get our flight to Lhasa, Tibet! Can’t wait to share that with you…stay tuned.

... stepping back and looking in. I am savoring so much of life instead of jumping in and getting lost in the shuffle of craziness. I only have to 'B'! LOL Savor, savor, savor. In my time here, I may not have made everyone understand the importance of teaching and allowing children to think...but I sure as heck showed them the importance of smiling! ... is new to me. There's even a big dog park at Chairman Mao Square with dogs dodging kite-flying kids! Little, little children often look at us with bewilderment---it’s as if nothing in their template of facial recognition makes sense when they see us!

Fuzhou is far away from the tourist sites in China and because of that, I think it is more provincial than the big cities like Shanghai and Beijing or Xian. Yes, we are ...
