    ... had opened and it didnt stop raining for the entire day!) Two of our group took a stumble and ended up flat on their backs due to the slippery conditions so we realised how lucky we had been the previous day! I would actually recommend the Longji Rice Terraces to anyone visiting rural China - the hike actually WAS worth the effort and I certainly felt good after the exercise (not enough prancing out here to keep fit!)

    This week we went to Lost City Water Park and on the weekend we went camping on Hailing Island. We rented two tents and slept on the beach after staying up late and cooking on the open fire.

    ... talk to Paul about Chelsea FC. The guard on the train actually took care of us and asked 2 guys opposite to look out for us - especially during the night, apparently. They turned out to be doctors on their way to an English exam, so guess what we did for the next few hours. We didn't mind though, it was fun.
