... veel stof en gesmeerdheid in sommige oefeningen(maar ja week getrained met nieuwe oefeningen) En sommige kleine bewegingen die ik er niet uitkrijg, bleuh. Dus met nog 2 maanden voor de boeg is er nog n hoop gesleutel. Vooral omdat ik 2 systemen in n hele korte tijd wil realiseren. Yep t word kouder maar dacht dat t nu al wat kouder zou zijn. Maar denk dat de echte kou nog moet komen. Tot nu toe vrij handelbaar. De regel maat begint erin te sluipen met trainen, maar wordt langzaam beetje teveel om allemaal bij te houden. Dus concentreer me maar op de training die voor mij belangrijk is. I feel truly blessed that i am able to do these crazy extraordinary travels en trainings to free myself as much as i can. And to get the best out myself. With this kind of training and training-camps u are always facing urself a couple of times along the road. U never know in what form they will appear or when or even how long. The conditions u live in with the social aspects, the question rises why am i doing this comes up a couple of times.
