... of nights previous. Ah how wrong I was. It was very similar, the sauce was not as rich but this one was laced with chilli. Wow. It was HOT! Due to the kerfuffle with my order and the fact I'm British, I politely ate as much as I could as not to appear rude after all the trouble I had caused. It was delicious, and only cost £4! I couldn't believe ...

I had another lazy day today. I took advantage of being in someone's home by doing laundry and just generally chilling out and reading. At 5pm I I went over to Rebecca's school and sat in one of her classes. She teaches English in a language school. The kids were lovely and she had them eating out of the palm of her hand. She has so much energy with them, I have ...

    Heading to Hangzhou

A travel blog entry by lkglover on Aug 30, 2014

Today was a lazy day for me. I essentially woke up, packed, headed to Shanghai Hongqiao station and took a bullet train - first class- to Hangzhou to meet my friend who lives there. The train, again, was so fun! And reached 287km/h at one point. When I got to Rebecca's I met her cute dog Lanza and took her for a walk ...
