... will give her a job. She said that she needed money now to bribe some officials so she could get a job. She was hoping that her parents could get some money to help her. When I asked her how much money was needed she was unsure but thought it could be $1,000 to $2000. That is a lot of money and it seems so unfair. We thought she would just be talking about a couple of hundred dollars.

... waitress was trying to apologise to me. Before I went into the restaurant there were a couple of boys outside who said "Hello" to me and I said it back. It makes them laugh. I was sitting at my table in the restaurant and then their faces popped up outside the window and they waved. Then a peice of paper came up with "How are you? " written on it in beautifully script. At least it filled in a bit of time while I was waiting for my dinner.

I was lucky as I was on the inside of the hill but Mikkel was on the outside. He did say we were okay as we had about 2 inches spare before the edge of the road. I actually didn't realize how close we were until I saw the photos. No wonder the taxi driver was sweating.
