Yangzhou- rich in history - big in character
... lamb. Mind you for someone who never cooks this whole restaurant proved to be a bit of a novelty with Melody having to tell me when everything was cooked. Left there feeling much like we all do after Xmas.......ate far too much but enjoyed every morsel. Our only worry is that it is pouring with rain and we have our fingers crossed that it stops before we head out in the morning.
