... of some “veteran” teachers, we found some new food sources which will help – cream cheese and sliced ham. I made Blanche’s mushroom dip last night and it tasted soooo good!

We know the deep freeze has settled in at home and we’re shivering in empathy. At least there hasn’t been a lot of snow to shovel yet!

We have to transit from Pudong airport to Hongqiao airport about 45 minutes apart. Prior to doing that I have to cancel my SIM card with China Mobile at Pudong. They are really anal about things and I most certainly wouldn't recommend getting a temporary SIM through them. They are *******, if you get a sim from Shanghai you have to go back there to cancel it. Their systems aren't linked together.?? Arrive ...
