My one year trip is up, China has reached its end. I now must tearfully say good bye. The year passed by quicker than I could imagine and I sit now, in my room back home, reminiscing what was only a few days ago. I'll finish what will be my last blog of China and put a close to a trip of a lifetime.

While living here, we have been lucky enough to visit Hong Kong on many occasions, a place that we love for so many reasons. In all, eight teams participated, and the race lasted for over two hours. We stayed and watched about an hour of the race due to it being the hottest day of the year. We took pictures, got up ...

... The night carried on with good talks, a push up contest, me bench pressing Zac, and whole bunch of laughs that made for a memorable night. It was a fitting night and one of the reasons why I came to China. I wish I had more like them.

... storyline was good but I'm not sure because it was all in Chinese, and there wasn't much acting - it was only singing with a few simple, graceful gestures. I watched about half an hour and then headed to another area to see the Lion Dance - this was definitely the highlight! Just incredible, it's linked to martial arts and so they had some of the martial arts guys doing it. There are two people in each lion, with a lion cloak and head over them, and it genuinely ...
