“Friendly attention”

This hotel has been primarily used by local businssmen but is turning self into a resort. There are three types of room. the top range has hot water heated by solar power. The standard room has only cold water, but in this climate this is hardly a hardship. In the well tended garden are fales with just a double bed. You have to go through the garden for the shower and toilet. The staff are fantastically friendly and attentive and the swimming pool is basic but very functional. Kyak hire at 10 talle per day (£3) is great.

The fale's are in a village called Salenpaga and is an hours drive away from Apia going through the rainforest centre of the island with great views, waterfalls and sink holes.
