I then come across a large Chinese migrant ship. It appears to have been converted into a museum which is now closed due to loss of structural integrity. All I know is that it carried asylum seekers from China, I don't know when nor how many but it is a neat ...

Some famous tv/movie stars have apartments here, but you can still rent holiday homes here also. We were taken on a yellow buggy bus for a tour. This resort is the other side of sunrise peak (seongsan ichulbung) from Udo Island so you still have great views of the crater mountain.

We were taken to ...

... was very nice, offering me dried squid and soju (which I passed on), but it's always a bit trying when you can't really communicate well. He actually said he speaks Japanese, but demanded I use English, which I'm not sure he really grasped. Either way, we made it through several iterations of where are you from and where have you been in Korea. He also made a point to tell me about where he's been in the US (San Francisco and LA and Las Vegas). ...
