I found myself surrounded by whiting and garfish - a whole new meaning to the well known phrase "swimming with the fishes"!!! ... about the locals.
Arrived in Santa Teresa di Gallura. Greated in half Italian and french by the 70 yearold lady who's father had started the hotel and restaurant in the town.
Went for a walk to the high points, the marina and the chiesa.
Got our bathers and walked to the beach. Refreshing, the water is so clear and azure blue.
