... I was wishing I hadn’t ordered the fries, as the meal was large enough without them). We had a nice visit over dinner for about two hours and then walked back to the hotel. While dining we had a short chat with the group at the next table, some of them being from Scotland.

I plan on getting to bed early tonight, as we have to meet at 08:20 for the trip to Mostar (which should be an interesting stop).

... housed the City Museum’s collection of Greek and Roman artifacts, shipping relics and gave us glimpse of the living styles of the time.

We finished our tour by walking to the birthplace of Marco Polo, born in 1254. We ventured to the top of the Loggia above the famous world traveler and writer’s home, to view the rooftops of Old Korcula.

To travel to Split, the closest big town, a passport is required as Croatia has a small territory divide at one point with Serbia's borders coming to the coast. ... it was bloody freezing! We were then off to dinner at the local pizza restaurant with the "most amazing pizza's" as said by our tour guide. This was our worst dinner on the trip. The wine was awful and the service was really bad (Kate and I were all finished before some people had even got their meals). Needless to say there was no 20kuna tip tonight!

Back to the boat after dinner for some drinks and a few card games! Showed everyone how to play spoons. ...

... och ankrade i Prznia-viken på västkusten av Peljesac-halvön. Vad skönt det var att kunna hoppa rakt ner i det härliga havsvattnet!

Den 21, tillbaka till Vrboska och en god restaurangmiddag och härliga promenader nästa dag.

Från och med den 24 tills den 27 juli låg vi kvar i Soline-viken vid infarten till fjorden som leder till Vrboska.

Vi reser inte för långt efter som vi väntar på våra visumresultat.
