... through a water wheel. We also got the opportunity to feel like rock stars in the amphitheatre when we were shown where to stand so that our normal voices amplified like we were on a microphone. This was a strange feeling but showed amazingly sophisticated architecture.
All finished in Jerash we headed back to Madaba but not before stopping at a local take away to get some more amazing falafel and shawarma sandwiches at an absolute steal.

Shortly after 7:00am this morning, the bus wheels started rolling. This time I made sure I left with a Camelbak filled all the way to the top; I didn't plan on running out of water by accident. ... form. It was delicious. We ate it by tearing a piece off, dunking it in homemade olive oil, then rubbing it into a spicy mixture. We all bought some of the spicy mixture to bring home.

We moved to another tent area for lunch. We had lettuce and tomato salad, and a dish of rice and chicken. Very delicious. A young boy served us sweet tea which he never would have done 10 years ago!
