He cycled on to lunch at 33.5 miles with elevation gains of 3815 ft and max speeds of 45 mph. Lunch was on the water in Playa de Mogan where we watched scuba, swimming and beach goers.       ... rock formations are very breath taking. We also discovered that these islands are the training rides for many of the professional cyclists. We saw several sets of pro cyclists headed up and down the big climbs. Martin looked and saw team sky, Tinkof Saxo, Movistar and Garmin Sharp were several of the riders we passed.
