... got a detailed explanation of the process used to create the pewter molds which is almost the reverse process used by 3-D printers. Who knew how much technology has been used for years in this process? Not me. Back early to the campground for a walk around and then catching up on web stuff. Internet access in most campgrounds has been poor. Here I got 24 hours of great access for $4. A chance to catch ...

4/9 Departure Day- I came home from working the third shift and quickly put together my bag, 5 shirts, couple shorts, underthings, the one pair of dress pants and one pair of jeans I thought I might need, and then my munchies bag: a few bottles of vino, some pistachios, granola bars, sunflower seeds, etc... at the same time I was waiting to hear from my brother Alex who was in town with his new baby ...

It was 42 degrees and the sky was really dark with predictions of 2-4 inches of rain today. Started raining as I left the campground and continued raining through construction zones and the spaghetti freeway system through and ...

We didn't get away until 8:30 am - late for us! The storm has passed and it's a beautiful sunny day. Stopped at Loves outside of Boonesborough and bought 31.65 gals. @ $3.95/gal. Totaling $125.00. Arrived at Fort Boonesborough State Park @ 12:15 pm after driving 191 miles. It's wonderful to see the green rolling hills of Kentucky. Haven't seen any horse farms yet - will expect to see that as we get closer ...
