Today I woke up expecting the sound of banjos but no I could not hear them. The girls got to spend the day at Franklin County High School which is the only high school in the county and students come from an hour and a half away to attend. It takes 70 school buses to get the kids to and from school. After school these 70 buses leave at the same time and shuts down the traffic around the school for 15 minutes.
Anyway the girls copped a break, normally school starts ...
... a bottle of Rare Eagle bourbon based on the advice of guy at the ABC store so we cracked that. Hey that guy was pretty spot on. The real test was when I went back up to my room to have a night cap I cracked the Old Grand-Dad and it was a bit rough so the Eagle must be pretty good.
After a big day of travelling and great driving by Simon and John we hit the sack ready for a big day tomorrow.
