We did a bird walk this morning at Veterans Oasis Park, a new reclamation project in Chandler. Reclamation meaning the end product of a waste water treatment facility.<br>We have a fish able lake here with limits and everything, a large wetland and an environmental education center on site.<br>Parks like this are an inspiration in the desert. Every morning if we were moving on it would be bags to the coach at 7:45am sharp. Lauren had made a point on the first day by leaving some people behind after a lunch break in San Diego as they were late coming back. In the welcome tour she had given us all an 'on **** sheet' with all the addresses we would be staying at so if you got left behind somewhere or were drunk and didn't know how to get home ...

We started our trip from Tempe, Arizona (see how we currently lived there). Our goal was to find a new life and our destination was the south-west, southeast, and notrth-east sections of the United States.<br><br>So it was time to say our 'Good byes.'

... wasn't a good idea for just 2 vehicles to do (Charlie did do it and then had to come back). Managed to find 2 caches, then headed back via my cache Petros and came out on the Florence Hwy where we got caught in a long line of traffic stopped for the wreck of a car and a motorcycle that had just happened. ... we thought it was too low in the past for all you get- and you can eat till you are full! Later we drove over to the Mesa Swap Meet looking for the suction cups that hold our inside screen for the front window up. After a lot of walking we found the right place and bought 8 for $5, then some Avon face cream for me and home we went. Washed all the coach windows, then spent rest of day reading, computering and napping. Dec 7th - I woke at 6 and finally just got up ...

... last entry for a while. Here's a picture of the Cameron Trading Post and a couple of sights along the way. We expect to leave the rv in Scottsdale for the winter and hope to take some side trips. We will add anything of interest along the way.

Ah! A nice burning hot place where rich retired people live. My family Stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days beacause my dad had a Nationwide meeting at a REALLY fancy resort. Everyday for about 3 hours we swam in THE BEST POOL EVER!!!! Wed. I got my darling Haircut!! Thrus. We went to a really good pizza parlor then went to Talliesen West Fri. 9:00 am We leave on our next adventure!!! ;) (;
