... like a ski lift) up the hill to the Germania monument, built in 1871 for the reunification of Germany then walked the 5kms down the hill. Had a drink, then went shopping & back to the boat for lunch.

The next part of he Rhine is known for its castles, they were amazing, the cloud then started to move in so went inside for coffee & cake, like we needed more food.

Got a haircut, really impressed & only €18.

... Gibson. Gibson is located under an H&M store smack in the middle of the city. They have live music starting at 9PM and instead of a DJ, they usually have a band that plays all the Top 40 hits - pretty cool.
