Another Croatia Cruise

... it was a much smaller plane than we where expecting and it was a propellor driven plane. As we were about to board the plane the air port manager who looked after us last night greeted us to make sure every thing was ok, we where very impressed with the way Croatia Airlines handled the who situation.
We arrived safety back in Split and are now in our little Kate's Apartment ready for the next adventure.

... killings of innocent people of all ages, the property destruction is beyond comprehension. The photo in the upper right corner is Marijan, Barica and Ivana's house that they fled from in 1991. They came back to this rubble, losing everything. Even the house they live in now, a couple blocks away, is still pocked with shelling holes and neighboring homes and buildings have extreme damage and some are forever vacant as is the bottom right photo.

I've attached 14 photos to this entry. I couldn't stop papping lake bled because its so beautiful, I wanted it from all angles. We only saw one lot of Chinese tourists but I'm sure to the locals we must have been just as bad with our cameras.
