Our bust back to town leaves at 1am and the last act finishes at 1am so we had to leave early to make sure we didn't miss our ride back which was a bit dumb but sure beats a minimum 100 euro cab ride. The shuttle buses were crazy busy so we decided to walk the 20mins. Got on the first bus, waited til it was full then off ...
... and was giving me some detailed instructions about where I should catch the bus and kept showing me where I was on the map. Little did he know that I am a map reading expert and didn't need his advice (which was mainly incorrect!) Anyway, we did have a reasonably nice chat but I was feeling a bit tired.

The Winter Wonders (Plaisirs D'Hiver) festival is the best holiday market I have experienced in Europe thus far. There's over over 2km of food and craft stalls, a ferris wheel, skating rink, and more. At the Grand Place, there is a 25m electronic tree with a periodic light ...

Taking the wedding clothes as carry on was surprisingly easy. The first flight stewardess didn't even blink, and put them somewhere safe with a smile. One worry down.
Also, thank you to the nice lady who had to pat me down at security, and asked me if I was of age. I suggest glasses.
Off to London we go!
