After exiting the exhibition hall I was enticed by the melodic sound of jazz music. A band was on stage playing to a modest crowd filling in seats every second. There was one lone dancer in front.

Unfortunately, San Diego was under siege with wild fires when I left. Drove right through them on Camp Pendleton. Scrambled to get out of San Diego just in time for rush hours all the way to LA. It was the most enjoyable traffic I have ever been in!

The boat tour started with a group of young people from Ontario that just wanted to go to a beach so we dropped them off at a beach and then Greg and I had a private boat tour of the area. Greetings from San Diego.

We had another dandy motor down from Oceanside. We were once again escorted by dolphins. That's two days in a row of receiving the mariners good luck sign and we're taking it.

San Diego from the water is a pretty cool place. We came in on Friday the 18th in the early afternoon and there were all kinds of folks out for a sail. One guy in a similar size boat sailed by us and we were motoring!
