... take away as I sat eating mangoes with our neighbours who were all worried! Ocean came back in hysterics. When she arrived at the noodle stall the owners had already heard and were slapping their asses again! I have to have the full course of rabies injections... again but once the shock had gone and the pain subsided I was completely fine.

... things get a bit better but it is never going to be a pleasant trip. We land at Bangkok Don Muang at 2150 and are glad to be back on the ground. We bus to the terminal building where onlz a few of us have to wait for baggage.
We take a taxi to the New Siam II Guest House and check in to our room for 6 nights.
TV advertises Man Utd v Olzmpiakos at 0245 in the morning so I set the alarm and settle down to get a few hours sleep ...

It's getting hot, very hot. Cycling at midday is horrible and unfortunately we have to do it twice a week! Last Wednesday we had to break the ten minute cycle in half with a stop for an Oreo milkshake because it was so hot. The upstairs of our house is like a sauna until late evening so we spend most afternoons sitting on our stairs or on the floor downstairs! Usually there are quite a number of children playing around the school grounds in the afternoons and weekends. ...

We are the first year that will gain a qualification out of our year abroad with Project Trust (OCN Level 3 – Global Citizenship and Volunteering) and one of the sections is to celebrate an International Day.
