... a sudden uprising crossed Jordan off the list. After expending so much time and effort researching those places, we were both a bit loathe to start all over -- and then it hit me: our break happily coincided with Thanksgiving in the US. ... to the game. We did head to Badger Bash at the Memorial Union to watch the band put on a pre-game concert. Beer and food were available there, and other than a few squished beer gardens, I think this was the main tailgating option. While we personally had a good time, the tailgating as a whole is lacking. Tag zwei war auch sehr schoen. Wir sind auf die Trienen farm gefahren und haben verwandte besucht. Ich kann mich nicht mehr genau erinnen, wie sie mit Jean verwandt sind, aber sie sind verwandt. ... obwohl ich mich ziemlich veraendert hab. Es war auch sehr schoen lois wieder zu sehen. Wir konnten bei Marry, Marcus und Jeans schwester, uebernachten. Ich bedanke mich auch dafuer nochmals. ... a perfect place to meet and the food was really good, so if you are in the area, stop off at the Log Cabin.

We had a nice visit with Judy (we went to college in La Crosse a million years ago), cousin Mady, her son Teddy, and her 2 grandson's Devere and Daniel. After our nice visit, we were off again headed home.
