People don’t congregate at a particular place; it just attracts people to the myriad of small shops, bars and eateries along its length. There is some good food available, we sampled a beer, chocolate and coffee cupcake as well as a nice little picnic on the median strip under the trees near the State Capitol building with a local cheese board and some craft beers/ciders.
