Exploring Rio and one of the 7 Wonders
We left the hotel bright and early at 8AM. Our first stop was up Corcovado Hill to view the Christ Redeemer, one of the new Seven Wonders of the World. The Christ statue was really impressive and detailed. There was even a church service held there right at the base of the statue.
At the Copa, Copacabana
Today was our first leisurely day. I woke up about 8:30AM and a little later went to lay out on Copacabana Beach for a few hours. I enjoyed that "reality show" whenever I wasnt dozing off.

Ipanema
Went to Ipanema around noon with my parents. We walked around the streets to see some of the stores. Afterwards, we sat out on the famous Ipanema Beach.
At midnight we left on a plane back home.
