The hostel didn't seem to bad they gave you a lot of free stuff but they had 2 pet cats that ran around throughout the lounge room and kitchen which we didn't think was the best idea. We were both pretty tired from the lack of sleep on the bus but decided to try and stay awake by going and doing the walking tour of Bucharest. It took about 2 & 1/2 hours and felt so much longer! My bags went through a metal detector when I first walked in, and then I was sent to a special place where they make you unpack every item in your suitcase, and they proceed to swipe all items and the inside of your bag with a magic wand. Eventually, they let you repack and move on to the check in counter.
