... away at a false alarm. I enjoyed randomly jumping out of my seat to cause a stir of commotion to annoy people. As you can guess the sun never appeared, which was disappointing, but we didn't let it spoil our day as we had a mountain of toast and jam, omelettes and Darjeeling tea to help us battle the cold on return to the guesthouse. Both are local attractions and are in walking distance from our accomodation. It was a nice walk up the streets of Darjeeling and up into the hills, until I led us 15 minutes DOWN the wrong road and so we spent another 15 minutes getting back ...
