We planned on exploring for the rest of the morning then grabbing lunch before hiking. We were unsure the best way to proceed as we couldn't see everything nor did we want to get too tired before our hike. To the south was a scenic park jutting out into the lake. On the north shore sits the Hakone shrine. We decided to let Will ...

The surrounding gardens are beautiful with 2 waterfalls and a small shrine. Cam and Omi had a soak in the hot tub and Celie is amused because when you open the toilet door the toilet lid automatically puts itself up and makes a sound like 'hi'. We area about to go to dinner, not sure what to expect but we're very excited. Until ...

... the final days of Mike's vacation was also Silver Week in Japan. A holiday that only happens roughly every six years. Everything we wanted to do was booked. Due to this and the fabulous time we were having in Indonesia, we tried to extend our trip once in Bali but were unsuccessful. We decided we'd brave the crowds and at least do some day outings. On Monday, we decided to head to Enoshima. Will & I had visited the aquarium, but I wanted to check ...
