    ... the stayed awake.

Lake Chuzenji town needs a serious refurbishment. It is all stuck somewhere in the 70's with all the hotels and restaurants in serious need of a touch up. It isn't ever going to attract the volume of tourists that spend serious cash so I guess it will have to stay in the 70's .... There is plenty of modern world out there anyway. Today we're going to continue practicing taiko with Eitetsu and his group. Yesterday we met the taiko group from Mashiko and got to play a little with them! ... night of my life in a good way. So many LED lights, glow sticks, 3D graphic, and robots. The robot show lasted about 1 hour and it was like a robot techno rave in the middle of Wall Street Japan. Unreal. To conclude, this trip has been a great and unexplainable experience. I want to thank my mom and dad for allowing me to go and I love and miss my whole family extremely much. Say hello to the brothers and the poodle for me. Love y'all! xoxo-Caroline ...
