Assisi was another quaint little Italian town. We arrived fairly early in the morning and walked through the town to the Basilica di San Francesco. The town was so quite and peaceful at this time and the scenery was perfect. It was a bit cold, but the sun was shining bright and kept us warm. With all the rain we had during the first week, it was great to finally soak in the sunlight and warmth.
