... 1 extra day- 6 days was 55€! Total cost was 220€ including fuel and charges. A big step up from initial quote. But at least they didn't concern themselves with scratches on hubcap and a couple of side mirror scratches. Got back at 1140- guy said if I was 20 mins later they would charge extra day. Waited around airport for 3 hrs for flight. Had a great cannoli (sweet sugar cone filled with ricotta- ...

When we eventually found the hotel there was a note on the gate to say that the reception closed at 3pm and we had to call a number to get someone to let us in.

Tomorrow we are driving back into Umbria to ...

... I'm talking about the same stuff you put on your sandwich. While it's a little unusual to us, it is exciting because at least it's protein! Nobody understands when you don't want coffee. A couple places have attempted eggs and/or bacon, with not very good results. To say that we are looking forward to an omelette & real bacon at J. Christopher's when we return is an understatement. Yes, you know where to find us bright & early on July 6 :-) Drinks Water is ALWAYS from ...

I've made a decision that, for the rest of my time here, I am going to try and draw something everyday. Today it was a street in Florence (which I'm pretty proud of, not going to lie). It's a plan I've made to try and keep the boredom and insanity at bay.
So anyway, the success of the day was almost compromised when Millo started off the day in a bad mood and said he wasn't going to go to school. Luckily Luca took him out to buy a new toy ...
