Tonight’s hotel is perched on top of a mountaintop with a commanding view of the sea. It’s quite remote and the only sounds you can hear, other than us motorcyclists heading up the mountain road, are the songbirds calling to each other and the lyrical sound of cowbells on the bovine grazing in the pasture next to the hotel.
