... Sherlock Holmes costumes to take pictures. Our gamemaster
printed each of us a group photo. I had some herbal lemon vanilla tea
and took tons of pictures. I have to say, we spent a good half hour
just playing dress-up with the props and clothing. It was amazingly
fun and made me feel like a child again!

It was dark when we came out. We walked
back to the tram station and decided to be easy and go for the
Chinese food right next door. ...

... Our waitress was called Ebola and she took our orders for dinner and drinks. I had a yummy strawberry cocktail with a long European name and a chicken dish.

The guy who brought out the food was a hard case and just chucked the food around with lots of smart comments. There was a band playing music while we ate dinner and then had our cheesecake in a dark chocolate coffin dessert which was pretty yummy. At some stage, they showed the ...

... we also had Casa de Gelato ice cream and a veggiemite scroll (another recommendation) which went down a treat. We bought just one as we weren't sure how good it would be. The lady in the bakery thought we were all a bit strange sharing 1 scroll and trying to count out all the change correctly but we got there in the end. We headed back to the city and the amazing to H and M store which is housed in the old post office. Charlie stocked up on clothes and later that evening we had ...

... sandbanks whereupon Tim jumped in and pushed us away. We decided to pull up on an empty beach and go for a swim. It was incred. After this we drove on to Kirra beach, part of the Gold Coast, where we met up with Tony (from Swansea too) and his pal Jay. We went out for dinner but everywhere had stopped serving by 9 so we ended up with a 7/11 sandwich. Very exotic. We then went for a drink at a bar, which we had to down to get out by half 10. This set me back about 5 quid for a ...

After the mountains we found a lovely park with what looked to be a great fishing lake, after 12 hours of fishing with out a bite I can confirm I know F... all about what looks like a good fishing lake. In the morning I was dumping the rubbish in the bin... On lifting the lid a bloody great spider the size of a big gerbil seemed to dive at me , I don't suffer with arachnophobia but I jumped backwards about 10 feet and had what ...
