... per trip advisor it was an Italian called Le Tavern, well we had to laugh we were seated near the open kitchen and there was a large party of about 10-15 people and someone sent back a pizza as it had an ingredient they had not asked for on it, we watched 3 or 4 waitresses not change the pizza but dig their fingers in and take it all out laughing and joking whilst they massacred this poor blokes pizza, we then watched them take it back out to ...

Another day in paradise, but in reality was overcast and high chance of rain.

We headed to Pattaya which is south of Bangkok about a 2 hour drive. It is a seaside city which is quite popular for all the wrong reasons (google it). Fortunately we were visiting during the day so saw the less seedy side, but we still saw some dodgy dealings.

... fence given that they had 3 feet stools propped close to the fence. But the couple held their attention and kept them busy with tricks. One tiger even performed a dance with the guy which was kinda neat.

The trip from Bangkok to Pattaya was suitably confusing. We climbed into one of the thousands of brightly coloured taxis which swarm around Bangkok, having agreed to pay just over 20 English pounds (1,200 Thai Baht) for the two hour southbound journey, and were in that for around 30 minutes before being deposited at a taxi depot and told to get out of the car.
