We got off the plane, grabbed our **** and made our way to the light rail. It took us into Westlake where we got off and tried to navigate our way to our first airbnb accommodation. We tried to get hassled by a dude trying to sell CDs again, we successfully got away. He didn't understand some of the Australian that I was saying. We made our first stop at Starbucks to use some internet and find which way we needed to head. We walked for a ways and caught a cab to our airbnb place. ...

Eventually I pulled up in front of the hotel to find a bell boy fawning over me along with the valet guy offering to park the car in the garage!!! Liz came out saying she had checked in and the bell boy was taking the luggage up to the room. As she got in the car ...

... 3 was pretty much only a driving day. A ridiculously beautiful driving day. We drove along the coast the whole way...redwood trees, the ocean, the was amazing. We were on the road from the time we got up until we got to Eugene, Oregon that night. As great as it is to explore new places, my favorite time so far has been when we're just on the road driving. It's so peaceful. I liked Day 3.
