... to dapper lads in oddly matched suits with bowties waiting for their girls - their glances and the occasional words i understood made it obvious they thought Ev and Maddi were a good option.
And so we'd lingered over the menu, debating whether to go for the fish or the pork and rating the sangria on the Avila (town of the best sangria to date) Scale - with Maddi, naturally being the moderator. By now we also had the 'Gullfoss Iceland Scale' ...

A small town of 2000, Guadalupe is set in the Sierra de Guadelupe, which is heading to the far west of Spain. This is a less trod route for tourists, except for the pilgrims who come to marvel at the Monastery and its precious black Madonna [one of a few in Spain]. ... lot of puddles but soft ground and grass to walk on. A good morning from some young calves and the sight of a cow with the donger missing in her bell. Must be heaven for her. Lots of cows, horses and sheep where large leather collars with big cow bells. They never cease to ding as the animals move. Makes it easy for the farmer to find, but can you imagine the incessant ringing if that was tied to you. Would have to eventually lose hearing. I enjoyed seeing this cow without ...

... br> We have in hand, two maps. They don't mark the same route and the Camino doesn't correspond with either map. Seems to be a mish mash of both! But for safety's sake.......follow the yellow paint! The notes we have say we go through 7 gates but we only counted 5. Hedley calls them Lari traps. They gates have cattle grids. Fark I hate crossing those! One step at a time and place feet carefully - worst part about these they are round not square - fark! Have ...
