... dizzy and like I had no idea where I was going or what direction. This was over on Sunshine--then we headed over toward Four Points via Storm Peak Face and that was just as bad. It was blowing and some areas were blown off and others were slabby and drifted.
After that experience we stuck to lower and mid mountain. We skied some trees but I was nervous.
Lunch was at Hazie’s again and I had the grilled cheese with brie and truffle butter. Served with fries.

... where I enjoy the seclusion of backcountry skiing and spending time in nature. I’ve grown to love the Steamboat area over the years for it’s un-crowded skiing, friendly locals and consistent snow quality. Sometimes I wonder what if I’d never gone there?
