... can't read which place you enter and go just in and take the surprise. Beach: when you are on Ishigaki you have to go to KABIRA Beach. It's difficult for me to describe the feeling, when I saw the beach with my own eyes. White sand, crystal clear water and the absolutely Jamaica feeling. Here you can rest your bones. There are several other beach, some belonging to hotels, which also accessible for non hotel guests. You can rent sun lounger and ...

... in my trip, not 7 months into it. On a happier note we spent the last 2 days exploring two islands, Ishigakj and Taketomi. Ishigaki had some breathtaking panoramic views, while Taketomi had an incredible historic charm and ambience. The "village" in the middle of the Taketomi island hosts visitors on a water buffalo carriage and took us around their cute village. The island has a whopping population of 340! There was yet another stunning beach on this tiny island. ...

... Because the number of tourist attractions of the island was limited, it was no wonder. I saw many blue butterflies near the beach even in winter and they made me happy.

After we tasted Yaeyama buckwheat noodle in a restaurant near the rental car shop, we finally took a cruise to the Nakamagawa River. The cruise was supposed to be operated three times a day, but because the number of the visitors to the island was very small on the day, the ferry ran only once on ...

... Still, it was good for my mum to try a new experience for her. Anyway, that was all for our Ishigaki Island trip. We returned our car and the rental car shop drove us to the ferry port. Our next destination was Iriomote Island.

Two days later, we came back to Ishigaki Island earlier than scheduled, because there were nothing much to do in Taketomi Island. At the ferry port, we called a rental car shop and they came to the port in ...
