On our way we decided to ask a gentleman what kind of cheese they use in the fried cheese we see EVERYWHERE. He told us, but honestly I forget. We decided to try it and got one to split.       ... have to keep all those Czechs happy and make sure they don’t go thirsty! Pilsner Urquell has been brewed at this same brewery since 1842, and they say the Pilsen lager inspired more than 2/3 of the world’s pilsner labelled beers. Thank you Pilsen! The best part of the tour was at the end where we tasted unfiltered and non-pasteurised Pilsner Urquell beer tapped straight from the oak lager barrels. Ahhhhhhhh!

      ... enjoyed a cheese and cold meat platter which was 3 times as big as we thought it was going to be... delicious! Washed it down with their popular unfiltered beer, which is only available here on tap.       ... Prague breweries. Also because Andre was the first Czech who we could really talk to, we asked him loads of other questions we had about the country. We took up about two hours of his time, so we let him get ready before the bar's pub crawl that evening, which he encouraged us to join.
