    ... I could have done real damage shopping. Pottery prices were very reasonable and there were many many beautiful items. Lunch at a friends restaurant with pork sliced right off the whole pig that was slowly bbqing, beer and bread. Delicious and the owner would not let us pay.     ... Finally arriving in Cesky Krumlov there was a long walk into town ( about 35 mins) but needing exercise after the last few hours Beaver set off. Once the corner was turned at the top of the hill the Beaty if the town revealed itself. Wow! Once through the gate into the old town it reminded Beaver of Rothenburg in Germany where she had last been with her beloved Slug.     ... stuff indeed. Some parts were interesting though, all the replica mugs and brewing jugs and the history attached to them but the history of Czech brewery I can confirm is not the most fascinating of subjects. Perhaps the only bonus was a free beer at the end of it!
