      Our last day we spent seeing areas of particular interest in the city itself. I had heard of the small but gorgeous library in Downtown Rio. The library had antique Portuguese language books. Painted in a gorgeous blue we were awe struck by the feel of this library. It felt like something out of a movie.       ... less crowded and more relaxed environment. And we kept walking, and eventually cut across town through the shopping district to have lunch. This area reminded me a lot of the Chicago shopping scene. Really nice stores and everything you could possibly need, but definitely high end.       ... I asked for a hit and was met with the warmest of responses. Upon seeing my gratitude, they gave me a nugget of my own for free and rolled up another joint. Conversation was easy with them because they were fluent in English, despite being Brazilian. They were very upper class (my friend told me the area the kids are from is the same area shakira and ronaldinho have houses).
